Franck Nlom is Chief Operating Officer at OSA Growth Capital, overseeing operations, strategic planning, and reporting. He brings over 10 years of experience in asset management, compliance, and investment strategy across diverse markets in Europe and Africa. Franck has worked with firms such as KPMG Advisory, Natixis, and Société Générale, where he led strategic initiatives and managed regulatory relations with authorities including the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority and the European Central Bank. He also worked at the Direction Financière of Groupement Les Mousquetaires, leading group-level financing, fundraising, and ESG initiatives, including extra-financial ratings requested by Rothschild AM. Franck holds a Master’s in International Finance from ESLSCA Business School and serves on OSA Growth Capital’s Investment Review Committee.
