Géraldine Crosset is Investment Principal at OSA Growth Capital, where she leads the origination, structuring, and execution of investments in high-impact decentralized climate-resilient infrastructure across Africa. She also drives the fund’s strategy, with a strong focus on financial and impact performance. With over 15 years of experience in private equity and development finance, she has held senior roles at the Belgian Investment Company for Developing Countries, EDFI ElectriFI (The Electrification Financing Initiative) a blending facility funded by the European Union, and Sambrinvest, managing investments across Africa, Latin America, and Europe. Géraldine specializes in equity and debt structuring, risk assessment, and portfolio management. She holds a Business Management degree from HEC Brussels and completed programs at LSE and the University of Santiago de Compostela.
