Louise Soubrier is a Senior Investment Officer at OSA Growth Capital with more than 12 years of experience in impact investing, private equity, and entrepreneurship across Africa. She supports climate and impact-focused funds in investment sourcing, transactions, and governance. Her work spans decentralised renewable energy, sustainable agribusiness, and climate adaptation ventures.Louise has served several roles as board director, as well as advisor and business development lead for funds and corporates. She has led the development of investment guidelines, operational leadership and overseen Investment Committee submissions for African impact funds, and contributed to fund governance and ESG compliance frameworks. She holds a Master’s in Global Energy, Climate Policy and African Economic Development from SOAS, University of London, and a BA in International Relations and Politics from King’s College London, with additional certifications in Corporate Sustainability, and in Private Equity and Venture Capital from Bocconi University.
