Patrice Fonlladosa

Patrice Fonlladosa is a senior executive with over 35 years of experience in environmental infrastructure. As former Chairman and CEO of Veolia Water for Africa, the Middle East, and India, he built key partnerships with IFC (World Bank Group), Proparco, and institutional investors. Earlier in his career, he held finance roles at Matra Transport Taiwan and Bouygues, and served as Director at The French Development Agency and The Movement of the Enterprises of France. He now leads the think tank (Re)sources and sits on several boards, including The French Council of Investors in Africa. His work focuses on international development, sustainable governance, and private sector engagement in emerging markets. Patrice serves as the Chairman of OSA Growth Capital’s InvestmenInvestment Review Committee.
